Think. Plan. Do.

Develop a Think Rhythm to strengthen your position for future growth or opportunities, evaluate winning moves, and help your team focus on what to do annually, quarterly, weekly to advance your goals

Execution planning helps teams understand what they are supposed to do, giving them energy and focus to achieve specific goals for the year and for each quarter.

Develop a DO rhythm that helps people stay focused on priorities, reviewing data and progress on a weekly basis.

In order to have a good year, your organization or department needs to have 4 good quarters. In order to have 4 good quarters, you must be reviewing progress towards your goals in the form of leading indicators on a weekly basis. Every quarter is a 13 week race!

“That’s been one of my mantras—focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.” – Steve Jobs
